Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love the items you order from Belle Collection Boutique. If you purchase an item that you are not 100% satisfied with, you can return it provided that it adheres to our conditions of return. All items will be issued as a store credit (Belle Collection Boutique E-Gift Card). We do not cover postage fees for returns. A $4.99 return postage fee will be deducted from your store credit. If sizing is the reason for a return, we are more than happy to issue an exchange for a different size of the same style given sufficient inventory.

Conditions of Return:
- Returns must be post stamped within 14 days of receiving your order
- Any items returned after the stipulated returns time frame will be denied
- All returning items must be shipped through traceable mail at the customer’s expense
- All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags and Belle Collection Boutique hang tags still attached
- Returns that are damaged, soiled, stained, or altered will not be accepted
- Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will not be processed
- Rejected items will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s own expense.
- All sale items, accessories, & bodysuits are FINAL and cannot be returned

How to Return
- Email info@bellecollectionboutique.com with your order number stating the reason for return.
- Once we receive your return request, we will send you an email confirming your return and provide you a return form to complete
- Post the item back to us as soon as you receive approval from Belle Collection Boutique regarding your return request. Please include the return form provided to you.
- Send your return with your form to: P.O. Box 2555 Midland, MI 48640
- Faulty or incorrect Items:
- All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, in the event that you have received an item which has a fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@bellecollectionboutique.com. Please attach photo evidence, the order number, and fault/ incorrect item.
- If we are not notified within two days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling.

Assessing the Return
- We will assess the return item to determine whether it is fit for return, then notify you of your store credit or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a return if our return policy has not been adhered to.
- You will be informed through the e-mail address that is listed on your Belle Collection Boutique account when the store credit is posted to your account. Returns are processed within 7- 10 business days of the initial return request.
